Coordinates awards and recognition programs including, REALTOR, ROOKIE, HUMANITARIAN and AFFILIATE of the Year.

Monitors yearly income and expenditures. Reports presented to BOD monthly and yearly. Develops next year’s budget for approval of BOD.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH / SCHOLARSHIP
Chairs: Dawn Eckhoff and Jennifer Spralding
Works with the Coweta County Community to get the Newnan-Coweta Board of REALTORS® more visible in the community. Works with Coweta H.S. Counselors to choose scholarship recipients for each school year.
Chairs: Russell Berry, Jeannie Doole, Karen Kurtz, J.J. Thomasson
Monitors federal, state, and local legislation affecting the real estate industry. Meets monthly. Meets weekly during Leg. Session. Responsible for educating members about the value of RPAC/RIAC. Works to meet GAR goals.

Identifies education needs and sets curriculum accordingly. Works with NCBOR staff to schedule C.E. classes; also researches Instructors for appropriate Professional Development through Lunch N Learn or other educational events.

Evaluate the Board’s technological capabilities and assess methods to bring technology to members.
PARTNERSHIP/ MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Design and develop an annual sponsorship and membership package to be used in new member recruitment.

Shall promote private property rights and the value of Home Ownership. Shall promote the differences of using a REALTOR® vs a Non-REALTOR.
